The building is nice and the rooms are neat and brand-new with views over Western Hill as well as a fantastic view. The services are courteous, including a nice pool.

The hotel was reasonably priced with exceptionally nice personnel in our request for extra towels and drinking water. Our room was huge and reasonably large with nice view and mineral water, for example.

We stayed at a hotel during the New Year festivities. The location was central, and we had easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The room had adequate toiletries, and the air conditioning and water pressure functioned well. The family room was spacious and had a mini-fridge and coffee maker. We received a deposit refund upon checkout and free parking in the basement and outside the hotel.

Our check-in took longer than usual, and we had to wait a significant time for the lift. The loud, thumping music from the nearby club disrupted our sleep for most of our stay and we struggled to find resolution with the reception staff.
